Chorus
The chorus is an extracurricular activity of students’ life of WU. Almost everyone takes part in it while encountering the virtue of spacious repertoire, which is constituted by the classical masterpieces of national and world culture. Just because of this the chorus is a participant of republican and holiday concerts. In 1999 the WU chorus became the 1st laureate at the Music Collectives Festival among the Universities of Azerbaijan. Through singing in the chorus students develop their hearing, memory, rhythm of sensation. The chorus pieces are performed in Azerbaijani, Dutch, French, English, Russian, Spanish, Italian languages. |
